REFUNDS & SHIPPING

Shipping Policy

Normal fulfillment time is 5-7 business days, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Black Friday Policy: Due to increased demand during Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales, order processing times may extend to 7-14 business days. Please be assured that we are working diligently to ship orders as quickly as possible, and it's possible that your order may ship sooner than anticipated. For any urgent inquiries or concerns, we encourage you to contact our customer service team at INFO@HERCANDYSHOP.CO , available from Monday to Friday. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction and a smooth shopping experience.

 

Tracking Information is provided as soon as orders have been reached in our queue for processing. Please allow 48 hours for shipping information to update, AFTER receiving your tracking information. We DO NOT ship on weekends.

HCS is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to the customer inputting the wrong information. Compensation will NOT be provided for shipments delivered to the wrong addresses due to the wrong address being input into by the customer. Customer ARE RESPONSIBLE for providing the CORRECT shipping address at the time of purchase.

 

Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

Fulfillment and shipping times are separate. Shipping time BEGINS when the courier has taken POSSESSION of the package.

Priority shipping time, IS NOT priority fulfillment, as again, they are separate.

International orders can take up to 30 days to arrive. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOM FEES

Once your order has been shipped, USPS is now responsible for the package. Your point of contact to track and locate all orders once shipped is 800-275-8777 Monday- Friday 8AM-830PM ET & Saturday 8AM-6PM ET. 

To get updates on your order, always check your tracking information first.

 

 WE DO NOT CHANGE ORDERS OR ADDRESSES ON ORDERS, THE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED UNLESS THE ORDER IS CANCELED BEFORE BEING SHIPPED.

​LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

HER CANDY SHOP LLC  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, HER CADY SHOP LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

DUE TO THE COSMETIC NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, We CAN NOT offer refunds OR exchanges for any products that have left our warehouse and are OPENED. ALL OPENED ORDERS(SHIPPING PACKAGING OPENED) are final sale. If you wish to cancel a order, it must be canceled BEFORE it has been ASSIGNED A TRACKING NUMBER. If the order was not canceled prior to receiving a tracking number, you will have to refuse the package upon delivery so it can be returned to us in the ORIGINAL SHIPPING PACKAGE UNOPENED. Once it has been received in the condition it was shipped, you will be contacted, and a refund will then be processed within 48 hours.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISSING PRODUCTS

​

Please Note: ALL order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. Your packing slip is your proof of purchase and proof of GOOD SHIPPED and it must be presented for ALL discrepancies. This includes, missing and damaged items. You will need to provide a picture of the items received, the packing slip, and email those along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved to INFO@HERCANDYSHOP.CO within 24 hours of the package being delivered.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
